Good For You is a wellness fact-checking application that analyzes health and wellness claims using artificial intelligence and provides verdicts based on available scientific evidence.

3. Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: Good For You is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The verdicts and information provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be considered medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to analyze claims and generate verdicts. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Verdicts are based on available evidence at the time of analysis
  • Scientific understanding evolves, and information may become outdated
  • The Service cannot account for all individual health factors and circumstances

You acknowledge and accept these limitations when using the Service.

5. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Subscription Terms

Good For You offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Free Plan: Limited to 10 fact checks per week with basic features.

Premium Plan: $49.99/year with unlimited checks and personalized verdicts. Includes a 7-day free trial.

Payment: Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled according to App Store and Google Play policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute verdicts or Service content
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Service security

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sounding Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the claims you submit, but grant us a license to use them to provide the Service and improve our algorithms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOUNDING INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Any damages arising from your reliance on verdicts or information provided by the Service
  • Any health consequences resulting from actions taken based on Service content

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
